Grow your business. Without administrative friction.
01 — Why join TRNKYLU?
Joining TRNKYLU means getting back time for what matters: your profession. The platform takes care of the rest:
- Guaranteed payment before you arrive — no more unpaid invoices.
- Automatic invoicing after each mission — no invoices to create.
- Verified clients — you only intervene with clients whose payment is confirmed.
- Immediate visibility in Luxembourg and the Greater Region upon activation.
- Tax reporting obligations (DAC 7) managed by the platform.
- Protection in case of dispute via the Stripe escrow and the dispute procedure.
Declaring yourself and creating a company, whether as a sole proprietor or a company, means protecting yourself and opening up new perspectives.
- Access to more demanding clients — individuals as well as companies.
- Justify regular income: access to credits, social protection, retirement rights.
- Be covered by your professional civil liability insurance in the event of an incident.
- Build a reputation and a business that grows over the long term.
- Avoid any risk of reassessment or sanctions for undeclared work.
Launching or regularizing a professional structure is often simpler, faster, and less costly than you think.
02 — Registration & verification
Registration is strictly reserved for legally declared professionals: independent contractors, micro-entrepreneurs, craftsmen, or companies. Individuals without a professional status are not accepted. Your account is activated after verification of your documents (KYB procedure), generally within 48 working hours.
The KYB procedure is entirely digital. Commonly required documents include:
- ID of the legal representative.
- Extract from the trade register or equivalent.
- Intra-community VAT number (if applicable).
- Proof of affiliation to a social security system.
- IBAN in the name of the provider or company.
- Proof of valid professional civil liability insurance.
03 — Commission & payment
Registration is free. The commission is calculated on your base price (excl. VAT) and added to the price the client sees — you receive your full price, without deduction.
- Standard rate: 20% (excl. VAT).
- Introductory rate: 10% (excl. VAT) on your first 5 missions.
- Premium status: 10% (excl. VAT) from the following month, if you complete 10 missions or more in a calendar month.
You never intervene without prior payment. Upon booking confirmation, the total amount is debited and blocked via Stripe Payments Europe. Funds are released immediately when the client validates the mission, or automatically 48 hours after the scheduled service date provided no dispute is raised.
04 — Obligations & status
No — concentrate on your profession. An electronic invoice is automatically issued after each mission and sent to you via email. You have no invoices to create. TRNKYLU also manages the DAC 7 reporting (EU Directive 2021/514): your income data is transmitted to the relevant tax authority. You will be informed of every declaration concerning you.
No. You are an independent provider. TRNKYLU is not your employer. You freely set your prices, your hours, and your intervention area. You are solely responsible for your professional, tax, and social obligations.
No. Any cash payment is strictly prohibited, both on the platform and during interventions. Accepting cash violates the General Terms and Conditions, bypasses the escrow account that guarantees your payment, prevents the issuance of a legal invoice, and exposes both parties to contractual and legal consequences.
05 — Operations & disputes
You have the right to abort or refuse the service if the condition of the premises presents a risk to your safety or if the scope of work clearly exceeds what was booked. In this case: document the condition of the premises with timestamped photos, notify the client via the platform's messaging system, and offer an additional quote or cancellation.
Photos are your main protection in case of a dispute. In the event of a chargeback (initiated by the client), TRNKYLU informs you within 48 hours. You then have 5 working days to dispute it with your evidence — photos, messages, reports. Without these photos, it will be very difficult to defend your work and secure your funds.
